SHOP AND DELIVERY FAQ

All shopping purchases made through this site are processed by the artist in accordance with squarespace.

Individual commissions and/or inquiries are made via aliceaford@gmail.com.

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL

Prints and artworks are mailed in a postal standard tube provided by the postage office used by the artist. Packaging is free of cost to the client, however, $15 extra will be added on each order for worldwide shipping. The artist is under no legal liability for the package if it is lost by the postal service. If this occurs please contact the postal service who is liable. The artist will do their best to follow up on these issues in response if needed. A receipt of purchase will be sent to the client as soon as the order is made, and a receipt for postal office drop off will also be sent once posted. If the customer has selected Pick Up Order from Fremantle, a follow-up email with details of order collection time and location will be sent independently.

FORMATS OF ARTWORKS

  • Aquarelle paper for prints, originals are specified in subjects info

  • Archival Inks used for printing

  • Hand signed and numbered with a Certificate of Authenticity

  • All prints are unframed and sent rolled in a custom mailing tube

  • Display images show scanned original on the SHOP page

  • Prints are produced by Joes Printing, Fremantle
