Meet the Big Boss - Big Al

As a child, Al wanted to be an inventor. She created tiny models of worlds, animating them slowly through short films, as well as turning her stories into miniature books (which she would hide in the school library for other kids to find). Her current practice oscillates between artwork and fieldwork. She is very funny and sometimes very serious. We are glad to have her as the Big Boss in the office.

Meet Nez - Studio Assistant and our Head of Security

She is a pooch adopted from the local shelter. She was adopted for the pure purpose of a needed friend when alone in the field. She later emerged into her destined role as artist assistant, muse, and recently, security expert. Not many humans realise a dog can be both head of human resources and security simultaneously. We thank Nez for her contribution to the office environment.

Meet Beon - Head of Deliveries and our superb Complaints Manager

Beonel is your contact for all things regarding movement of objects and places. In charge of where artworks are delivered and produced, Beonel (affectionately, Beon) simultaneously heads our communications department and complaints archive. Direct but charming. Whenever you get a delivery it’s from Beon, BB. Make sure to keep your eye open for that orange truck if it rumbles down your road.

Meet Blu-Ray - Designer Official

Blu-Ray oversees design direction. She is a current mentor and official tutor extraordinaire for all the visiting and inquiring artists in training that pass our midst’s. We also really love having her around because she has the best ideas and isn’t afraid to share them. Blu-Ray makes us feel inspired that we can do anything courageously (design-wise and then some). A round of applause for Blue-Ray.

Meet Banks - The Only Research Department

Not only is Banks in charge of the office library, project archiving system and materials in the studio, but also in charge of the research development for new and upcoming projects. Banks reminds us of this every chance possible before directing work to Beon for formal complaints/ management and filing.
Banks does an ok job. Please do not complain about this review to Banks.

Meet Fettuccini - Head of Disappointments and Master of Ceremonies

No matter what the pitfall or cause for celebration in the office, Fettuccini is here for the team.

We thank this pasta for thier consistency and delicious presence.

Meet Baba - Head Chef and Recipe Encoder

Baba is the head of the kitchen, our bellies, our livelihood. We could never imagine a meal without them. Making jams, making soups, making very (emphasis on very) simple salads — the list is endless and sometimes extravagant. Baba has been noting down recipes for the last five years from the studio’s family, friends and enemies.

One day, one day this may be released.

Meet Bonnie Fields - our Field Operations and Head of Morale team member

Bonnie can always help. She has worked/laboured across native nursery plant and seed storage and propogation, community market gardening, potato farming, strawberry farming, a Mikan Harvest, chicken farming, cabbage farming, boar preservation, bird coop moving, tomato harvesting, native tree planting, chestnut cracking, egg sorting and vineyarding. Ask Bon.

Meet Boom - Head of Finance and Reality Alignment Supervisor

Reality alignment is a tough task and not one to be taken lightly. Our head of Reality Alignment and Finance extraordinaire Boom has been given and takes on the task. With a highly underdeveloped concept of business and inexperienced training in marketing and communications, Boom was the perfect fit for the Big Al studio and workplace team. From disasterly schedules to tiny unseen reminders hidden around the office, Boom is your expert in question.
